Express is recruiting an Customer Service/Order Desk Representative on an evaluation hire basis for our client in London, ON!

Responsibilities of the job:

• Quote, order and invoice entry including customer confirmations
• Providing tracking information and customer follow up regarding deliveries
• Providing product and/or transportation quotes to customers as requested
• Providing stock availability and lead times
• Provide support to inside sales representatives, production and purchasing

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of experience in a customer service or order desk position
• Must have Transportation/Logistics experience including domestic and international shipment requirements
• Completion of post-secondary education in business or marketing preferred
• Proficient with MS Office and Sage 300 (preferred)

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Steel toed work boots required

• Compensation: $16.00-$17.00 per hour + 4% Vacation pay
