Job Description
Express is recruiting an Customer Service/Order Desk Representative on an evaluation hire basis for our client in London, ON!
Responsibilities of the job:
- Quote, order and invoice entry including customer confirmations
- Providing tracking information and customer follow up regarding deliveries
- Providing product and/or transportation quotes to customers as requested
- Providing stock availability and lead times
- Provide support to inside sales representatives, production and purchasing
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of experience in a customer service or order desk position
- Must have Transportation/Logistics experience including domestic and international shipment requirements
- Completion of post-secondary education in business or marketing preferred
- Proficient with MS Office and Sage 300 (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Steel toed work boots required

- Compensation: $16.00-$17.00 per hour + 4% Vacation pay
