On behalf of our client in Woodstock, ON, we are currently recruiting for a full time
Account Representative Specialist on an evaluation basis.
Account Representative Specialist on an evaluation basis.
Duties may include (but not limited to)
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors and prospects
- Create, monitor and update customer inventory and rundown sheets
- Obtain blanket purchase orders from customers
- Monitor AR and AP
- Send statement of accounts to customers several times per month
- Communicate with customers to request payment information and discuss discrepancies
- Issue requests to accounting for AR, AP and inventory adjustments
- Liaison with suppliers, relay information and requests back to customer
- Liaise with warehouse for handling of inventory customers
- Receive RFQs from customers, verify information and send to supplier for quote
- Prepare pricing quotes and present to customers
- Facilitate, manage and coordinate trial parts for new model launches, build outs and ECI changes
- Promote sales and identify potential new business opportunities to appointed supplier and customer base
- Minimum of a College Diploma or University Degree
- Sales and customer service experience in a business environment
- Proficient with MS Excel; experience with JDE and/or SAP an asset
- Ability to handle high stress situations due to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally when required
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours with flexibility for overtime when required
- $40,000-45,000 annually
