Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for one of clients in the Utilities Industry.
This position is temporary, approximate length of assignment 2 months.
$17.00 / hr + 4% Vacation Pay
Straight day shift, 37.5/ hrs per week
Job duties include:

• Bank reconciliations including identifying missing transactions and drafting proposed adjusting journal entries
• Summaries of payroll timesheets and posting intercompany payroll
• Assist with year-end audit with regards to pulling samples requesting by the auditors
• Summarization of credit card transactions in excel including determining HST and RITC’s and posting expenses to jobs and work orders
• Post AP manual payments
• Record fleet additions and disposal
• Posting contract change orders into Jonas

Skills and Requirements:

• Must have excellent Excel skills including use of formulas, V-lookups and Pivot tables
• Posting of adjusting journal entries
• Office administration
