Bilingual Customer Assistance Representatives, Escalations provide customer service for a major automotive manufacturer by investigating and analyzing escalated cases and responding to questions, concerns and information requests through phone, email and written correspondence. 
 
This position is ideal for someone who can empathize with callers and solve their problems while providing accurate information.
