Job Description
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We are a laminated truck-flooring manufacturer in West Lorne looking to fill the position of Production Supervisor. The qualified candidate must have previous manufacturing supervisory experience. A technical background in the woodworking industry would be an asset. Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities are a must. A strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting and problem solving skills are essential. Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook are required. The individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive plant operation while supervising approximately 35 employees. Day and afternoon shift rotation may be required.
