We are looking for a highly motivated; team oriented Recruiter to join our Tillsonburg team. This position is to start April 1, 2016 for a one year contract.
Qualifications for this role:
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of one or two year college with a Business related diploma an asset
- Interviewing and selection experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary
- Must have reliable transportation (Valid driver’s license and vehicle are required)
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment including such tasks as screening, interviewing, testing and reference checking all
potential employment candidates for job opportunities
- Data entry and maintenance of internal Team Member database
- Coordination of local recruiting advertising and marketing initiatives
- Facilitation of community events including job fairs
- Participates in cellphone rotation
