Adecco, on behalf of our client, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Permanent Line Operator job in Thorndale, ON. The successful candidate for this role will maintain the daily activities associates with the production line.
 
Job Description for the Line Operator:
 
- Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies on all production lines
- Meet wired plant compliance metrics
- Completion of shift production and reporting paperwork
- Meet quality specifications for all products
- Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems
- Maintain ability to operate various production lines and processes effectively
- Perform changeovers in an efficient manner
 
Requirements for the Line Operator:
 
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Hot/Cold temperatures due to weather
- Reliable
