Express is recruiting for a Senior Staff Accountant for a small size public accounting firm in London.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping and tax engagements.
• Prepare financial statements and corresponding notes.
• Prepare personal and corporate tax returns (and other tax compliance slips).
• Prepare year-end tax forms (T4s and T5s) .
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in financial entries and reports.
• Respond to client questions and queries.

Qualification:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in public accounting.
• Post secondary education; CPA or working towards.
• Experience with Caseware, Quickbooks and Simply Accounting software.
• Previous experience in a client facing role.
