Randstad is currently looking for an ideal candidate for an IT Service Desk role with one of Canada's leading banks. This Service Availability Representative will be responsible for being on the front lines of support providing first level technical support to clients and employees. This candidate will be a part of a team that has technical and application related knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and problem resolution.
Location: London, ON
Pay rate: $18.50/hour
Contract: 12 months
Shift: Full flexibility to accommodate the 7/24/365 model, fully rotation shifts.

*Good working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
*Good trouble shooting ability
*Experience working with Windows XP, Windows 7 IE6/8, VOIP, Centrex, PCOMM/Host, Active Directory, Citrix/Remote Access, e-Messaging, Lotus Notes, Blackberry, iPad, Playbook, Smartphone and Android devices is a definite asset
