We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our organization.
Scope:
Control and maintain warehouse inventory. Ensure all inventory is readily available for all orders.

We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our organization.
Scope:
Control and maintain warehouse inventory. Ensure all inventory is readily available for all orders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory of all products
- Order stock through necessary channels
- Receiving & documentation
- Verify packing slips to received stock
- Enter daily shipping data into Excel and ERP system
- Create, produce, and maintain shipping log
- Cycle counting of finished goods
- Comparative analysis of inventory in Excel and ERP
- Work closely with sister plant in Korea
- Other duties as required
- Proficiency with computerized ERP systems with advanced knowledge of Excel required.
- Previous experience compiling and analyzing reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Korean.
- Previous experience working a warehouse environment
- Proven ability to establish positive relationships with vendors, customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task and establish priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Highly automated manufacturing plant environment
- Exposure to industrial noise, dust, chemicals and temperature change
- Work hours may vary depending on business needs
