We are currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our organization. 

Scope:

Control and maintain warehouse inventory.  Ensure all inventory is readily available for all orders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory of all products
• Order stock through necessary channels
• Receiving & documentation
• Verify packing slips to received stock
• Enter daily shipping data into Excel and ERP system
• Create, produce, and maintain shipping log
• Cycle counting of finished goods
• Comparative analysis of inventory in Excel and ERP
• Work closely with sister plant in Korea
• Other duties as required

 Qualifications:

• Proficiency with computerized ERP systems with advanced knowledge of Excel required.
• Previous experience compiling and analyzing reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Korean.
• Previous experience working a warehouse environment
• Proven ability to establish positive relationships with vendors, customers and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task and establish priorities
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
