We’re looking for a strong leader to join our new Woodstock team as our Branch Manager.
At IS2, we’re in the business of making connections that work. When we’re sipping on our morning coffee and catching up with our team during our daily huddles, getting to know new or perspective candidates, or stopping by our customer sites to talk shop, we know a genuine personal connection is the most important tool in our toolbelts. But alongside sparkling personalities, we’re equipped with industry-leading technology, comfortable open-concept offices, competitive salaries, access to a fantastic benefits package, break rooms with all the coffee you can drink and a whole lot of awesome, knowledgeable people to guide you and help grow your career. Have we piqued your interest? Read on to find out if this opportunity would be a great fit for you!
About you: You might as well be part-human, part-magnet — people can’t help but be drawn to you. Whether you’re hiring a new team member or recruiting all-star candidates for a variety of customers, you trust your instincts and make great judgement calls. You have a magnificent memory and build a personal rolodex of names and faces in your mind and use it to drive your B2B sales. And perhaps most importantly, you can live and breathe our business and passionately communicate our value proposition to our clients – current and prospective.
The role: While there is no ‘typical’ day in our world, here are some of the things you’ll tackle:
Building our business with sales calls to perspective clients
Managing the IS2 Health and Safety/COR Program for the operations, internal staff and temporary employees. This includes conducting hazard assessments, accident investigations and claims management (Don’t worry – we’ll make sure you get all the training you need!)
Owning the recruitment and placement functions for your local temporary hiring division
Hiring, training and motivating a team of local Recruiters
Your experience: You have at least five years of proven B2B sales under your belt and a solid track record of coaching and motivating teams to achieve key goals and metrics. You’re a business development/customer service master with impeccable written and verbal communication skills and have a post-secondary degree or diploma. We’d also love to hear about any recruitment industry experience you may have. (If this is a new area for you, don’t worry – we want a great fit for our team and can get you up-to speed!)
How to apply: Send your resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why this is the job for you.
