Adecco, on behalf of our client, is recruiting for Full Time, Permanent positions for Production Associates Afternoon or Midnight shifts.  Our client is a leading JIT facility specializing in fully assembled powertrains.  An exciting addition of a state of the art assembly line is coming this fall!

• Hours for the Production Associate position:
• Monday - Saturday- Mandatory 6 day week
• Afternoons (3pm-11pm)
• Midnights (11pm-7am)

Responsibilities for Production Associates Include (but not limited to):

• Working on a line completing front end assembly of power train modules
• Assembly of pre-fabricated parts
• Meeting productive standards
• Ensure quality & safety guidelines
• Use of hand & power tools, pneumatic tools, lift assists
• Fast paced work environment, high volume
• Just In Time Facility

Qualifications for Production Associates:

• Consistent work history (no gaps between jobs without explanation)
• High School diploma (or GED)
• Up to 1 year related experience in a Factory/Assembly line or Production environment
• Experience in a fast paced environment an asset
• Excellent attendance record at previous employment
• Clear criminal check required
• Flexible work schedule- Afternoons/Midnight shifts, Mandatory 6 day week (Mon-Sat)
• Commitment to overtime as needed
