We are currently recruiting for one of London's top industrial distribution companies and are looking for an Integrated Supply Support who will travel to customer facilities in the market to support inventory management systems. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform inventory cycle counts and inventory replenishment for on-site inventory and vending machine inventory at customer stocking locations
- Fill and pack customer orders for delivery
- Advise Inside Customer Service Representative of customer orders and/or requests while on-site
- Use and maintain information systems as designed for tracking inventory, accurate receiving, etc. including S2K, Autocrib and customers ERP systems
- Support, service and maintain all aspects of the company's equipment (vending equipment and tool crib equipment).
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Warehouse and/or customer service experience is an asset
- Completion of high school diploma, or equivalent experience
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at different locations for coverage purposes as needed
- Ability to work shift work, including nights and weekends, and 12-hour shifts as needed
- Ability to build relationships with customers and business partners and communicate effectively
- Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Possession of a valid G driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
