We are currently recruiting for full time permanent production staff

                               MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE

• Maintain and improve quality standards, looking for constant improvement
• Ability to read and follow instructions with a focus on “doing it right” the first time
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn additional skills and complete other duties as assigned

Working Conditions & Physical Capabilities :

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Ability to work day shift or night shift as required to meet the needs of the business
• Ability to work overtime and some weekends when required
• Ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include: bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, twisting, lifting, performing repetitive tasks, walking and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must have good manual dexterity and hand eye coordination to complete the job and safely work with a wide variety of hand tools

Experience:

• Ability to operate all of the following equipment efficiently and safely is an asset: router, chop saw, table saw, drills, air nailers, hand tools, tape measure
• 1 year previous general labour experience
• Continuing education and experience related to door assembly, carpentry or wood working skills are an asset
• Completion of: WHMIS Training , 4 Step Health and Safety Awareness Training
• First Aid/CPR and forklift training an asset
