QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in the cleaning/janitorial industry required.
- Experience with automatic floor scrubbers, buffing machines, carpet steam cleaning equipment and other janitorial equipment is required.
- Experience stripping and refinishing floors, buffing, steam cleaning carpets, and other project work tasks is required.
- Clear criminal background check is required.
- Own transportation is an asset.
- Self-motivated, reliable and bondable.
- The successful candidate must comply with all company guidelines and ISO 9001 policies and procedures.
