Tiny Devotions was founded in 2009 and is a web-based, online retailer. Our mission is to encourage our community to live more peaceful, inspired and intention based lives {all while looking good as you do it}. We are based in London, Ontario but have customers worldwide both through our online store and our wholesale retail partnerships.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for owning Tiny Devotions marketing strategy and execution of the complete marketing program with 80% doing and 20% delegation/management.

Core Accountabilities:
Prepares quarterly marketing strategies in line with company objectives and executes to plan.
Researches trends, emerging technology, and opportunities to innovate.
Develops and leads a marketing team.
Collaborates with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and executes strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Creates engaging, cheeky, and on brand content (graphics, video, and photos) across all Tiny Devotions’ social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.).
Engages with consumers on social media.
Oversees creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Designs prints ads, publications, merchandise displays, and packaging supplies.
Planning and implementation of promotional campaigns i.e. monthly promotions, quarterly giveaways.
Updates content and products on company website through Shopify and WordPress.
Photographs product, and models for marketing content.
Responsible for execution of third party photoshoots (model sourcing, photographer selection, location, styling etc.)
Manages online advertising; Google Ads, Facebook ads, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and retargeting ads.
Approves and provides feedback on marketing material produced by team members.
Oversees and drives public relations and collaborations that strengthen the brand.
Coordinates and manages company marketing events i.e. Pop-Up shops, Open Houses, Tradeshows etc.
Responsible for the Ambassador Program – manages contracts and relations with new and current ambassadors.
Sources production and printing for all materials, catalogues, postcards, mail outs, brochures etc.
Creates written content for online media and print materials (blogs, newsletters, product descriptions etc.).
Champion of the customer (both wholesale and retail).
Collaborates with influencers and partners with likeminded companies.
Drives sales through phone calls, emails, events and road visits at Boutiques, Yoga Studios, Spas, Wellness Centres, and other wholesale opportunities.
Maintains accurate records of sales activities and outreach contact information within the CRM (close.i.o).
 
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum Two Years College Diploma in Marketing.
Two to three years digital media / marketing work experience.
Strong graphic design skills and working to meet project deadlines.
Highly proficient with MAC, and design software’s including InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress.
Experience with social media and email marketing.
Dynamic, high performance, and results-oriented person.
Candidate must have a passion yoga, fashion, and living with intention.
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Attention to detail and understanding of our brand.
Customer Service skills.
Photography and videography editing.
 
Working Environment:
Required to work occasional on/off-site promotional events, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work in a fast paced & lively environment. We are a start-up and hustle!
May include international travel.
Ability to work to deadlines.
