We are now accepting resumes for an Extruder Operator

Terms of employment: Seasonal to November / December 2015

Location: St Thomas ON (must have reliable transportation as we are not on a bus route)

Anticipated start date: As soon as possible

Desired skills that will contribute to your success:

• You agree working smart and working safe is not negotiable
• You have a thorough knowledge of extruder operations
• You can perform set up and operation on Con-40, DSK-63 and Ts-88 extruders including set up and tear down of dies, calibrators and down streaming tooling
• You are detailed and accurate in documenting quality and production runs data, line quality checks and lab testing procedures and results
• You have an above average ability to analyze problems and reach sound conclusions
• You have a great attitude and enjoy coming to work each day
• You pay exceptional attention to detail as we produce on the finest in quality products.
• You enjoy working independently and achieving desired targets
• You are in good physical condition and are comfortable bending, crouching, lifting, performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods of time   
• You have good manual dexterity and hand eye coordination
• You MUST have knowledge of testing methods and procedures
• You also understand excellent attendance is crucial for all members of the team to achieve the greatest success and to minimize the extra demands that can potentially be placed on others by your absence
