- Always wear proper PPE in the shop.
- Follow safety procedures while operating equipment and working with customer equipment.
- Effectively diagnose issues and determining the appropriate resolution
- Maintain a level of workmanship.
- Being informative and friendly when interacting with customers
- Follow proper procedure by filling out work orders, requesting parts from the store, handling warranty work, etc.
- Complete task on timely manner
- Willing to assist team members when needed
- Mechanically inclined- 310T or 310S an asset
- Team First attitude
- Customer Service skills required.
