We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.

As an Accounts Payable and Administrative Support , you will be responsible for the following:

• Greet vendors, customers and other visitors in a pleasant and professional manner ;
• Administer the telephone communication system including directing inquiries appropriately ;
• Provide administrative and accounting support including processing invoices and distribuion ;
• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, arrange courier services ;
• Maintain and order offce supplies as needed and requested ;
• Maintain petty cash and prepare monthly reconcilation ;
• Maintain and issue security cards ;
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, agriculture, logistics, human resources, maintenance, engineering when required.

Qualifications :

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent ;
• Solid computer skills- excel, word, google, email ;
• Able to work independently, use judgment, learn new skills quickly and adapt to change ;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork skills ;
• Ability to take initiative and work independently within the context of a team;
• The ability to work with minimal supervision;
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable with regard to changing prioritis'
