Job Description
The People Bank, London Office is currently recruiting for one of our London clients who are seeking a full time Marketing Assistant.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Process enrollments, changes etc with employees of various groups
· Follow-up work regarding maintenance of groups including contact with various companies and departments
· Ensure accurate and timely flow of all business from form completion to delivered reports, follow up on outstanding information
· Liaison between companies and advisor and maintain paperwork
· Computer back up maintenance
· Ordering office supplies
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills required
· Excellent organizational skills
· Able to thrive in a busy, flexible and evolving environment
· Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving proficiency
· High level of confidentiality
· Must be a team player
· Post secondary education
· Candidates with a R.I.B.O. license an asset
