Job Description
**This position is a six month contract with the possibility of being hired on**
JOB OVERVIEW :To monitor the daily activities of the inspectors and verify production calling torque readings.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES :
I. Oversee daily QC activities.
2. Verify production tooling/KPC torques readings daily.
3. Ensure QC coverage.
4. Deal with production quality issues.
5. Verify production on fine repairs.
6. Verify material control tags on suspect carts and maintain scrap carts.
7. Assist customer with the verification of suspect parts.
8. Set up and verify back up click wrenches.
9. Assist management when short shipping is required.
10. Maintain a organized part quarantine (hold) area.
11. Go to customer to deal with customer complaints and issues.
Current Business :
12. All duties listed on the daily QA check sheet.
New Business:
13. Assist the engineering department with all tagging and organizing of trial parts.
14. Assist with all proto type builds including torque verification and recording.
15.. Assist with all online and off line trial builds.
16. The set up and verification of off line back up huild tooling.
Others:
17. Any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Quality Manager and the Quality Supervisor,
18. To maintain safety and cleanliness standards and fully understand the company's policies and operation philosophies.
