Store Operations Manager
 
Our ideal candidate is a career minded, positive and highly self motivated individual with above average communication skills.  This is a hybrid role where you are responsible for providing strategic support throughout our entire organization and provide direct support for our London Operations. You will report to the Director of Sales and Store Operations and the General Manager in London. This requires demonstrated experience with all aspects of strategic leadership, sales, human resource management, financial and budget accountabilities, and store operations.

 
You will be responsible for:
 
  • Developing and execution of strategic initiatives through the organization
  • Maximizing the customer experience by working with the executives and store leadership
  • Strengthening inter-departmental relationships and improving customer satisfaction through active and consistent participation in all management activities
  • Leading, training, coaching and motivating managers and staff in all departments
  • Dealing with and resolving escalated complex issues in a timely manner as required
  • Being engaged in the creation of, and ensuring the successful execution of, Company Sales and Credit Services strategies on an ongoing basis
  • Completion of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting as required
  • Through innovation and creativity, as a senior leader, you will contribute new concepts that will help to drive sales, profitability and the customer experience
  • Effectively representing the interests of our people to the Director of Sales and Store Operations
  • Communicating well in an honest and open manner with customers and coworkers
  • Provide operational support for our London store
 
   If you have a proven track record highlighting:
 
  • 5+ years progressive, hands on management experience
  • A post secondary education in Business/Marketing/Economics
  • Experience managing in a unionized environment
  • An exceptionally high achievement orientation, as demonstrated by your desire to succeed
  • Great time management skills and above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management
  • Demonstrated leadership techniques developing store management
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze reports and information to determine plans of action for increasing sales and profitability
  • A proven track record in both analyzing selling skills, coaching high earning commissioned salespeople and coaching Sales Managers to achieve desired results with their teams
  • The ability to resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability in supporting various business needs through constant re-prioritization based on the current situation
  • Availability to work full time rotation hours which includes day, night, evening, weekend and holiday shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week
