Oxford Learning Centres, Inc., a leader in supplemental education in Canada, is expanding! As a result, we are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative.
Job Description
This job is the front line for communication with both our Franchisees and the public. You will be responsible for answering phones, mailings and courier shipments, maintenance of supply levels, dealing with various vendors and working with our Administration team. Group Benefits and matching RSP offered.
Minimum qualifications
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral
- Professional work ethic
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
