Are you an Administrative Coordinator in the London, ON area? We’re hiring for a great new contract opportunity with a leading educational institution. If you have outstanding communication and event management skills as well as extensive experience that includes supporting senior-level management, apply with us today!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and coordinate schedules, including booking appointments, for a senior faculty member
  • Manage all correspondence, including writing and editing letters and memos
  • Website management, including layout optimization and content updates
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events, including booking guests and arranging logistics, in a cost-efficient manner
  • Greet and assist in-person visitors
  • Track and submit expenses
  • Other duties as required
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience is required, with demonstrated ability to support senior leadership and build client relationships
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
  • Proven event management experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, database management and aptitude for new technologies
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Proactive, highly organized and resourceful, with a sharp attention to detail
  • Able to manage competing priorities and exercise independent judgment
  • Superior interpersonal skills with a professional, diplomatic and pleasant demeanour
 
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have clear criminal background
 
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
  • Completion of a University degree
