Seasonal Contract Opportunities
Contracts will begin on Monday January 9, 2016 and end on March 8, 2017.
Our Wealth Management area requires a number of individuals flexible to work on short term contract assignments. These individuals will be responsible for the timely processing of financial product applications and all related activity associated with the transactions. We are seeking flexible individuals with an excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to learn the related products and associated technology in a reasonably short amount of time.

Accountabilities:
- Processing new premiums, redemptions and general administration
- Handling inquiries from clients, agents/brokers, field partners, internal and external business partners, managing to a 24 hour acknowledgement; inquiries include phone calls, e-mails and formal letters
- Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
- Previous experience in the financial industry considered an asset
- Previous experience processing a high volume of transactions with accuracy considered an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and team building skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
