Receptionist

Express is recruiting to fill a Receptionist opportunity on an evaluation hire basis for our client in London, ON!  The pay range for this position is between $15.00-$16.00 per hour.

 

Responsibilities of the job:

 

Greet any customers who enter the office and alert co-workers as needed
Answer, screen, and forward all calls to appropriate persons
Process all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Evaluate and analyze policy documents for accuracy
Responsible for emailing all insurance policies and corresponding documents
Responsible for all new submissions and system set up

Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

 

1 to 2 years of  customer service experience
Complete proficiency in Excel, Adobe & Outlook
Professional customer service skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
