We are currently looking for a full time Recruiter on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience screening resumes, booking interviews and posting new positions on various job boards.
 
Duties (may include but not limited to):

• Review incoming applications
• Prescreen candidates via telephone and in person to determine eligibility for interview
• Book interviews for multiple staff members and send out confirmation emails to candidates
• Create, update and manage job postings on various job boards
• Document all candidate interactions in customized software
• Participate in job fairs and other community outreach projects/events
• Complete employment verification calls
• Assist with new hire orientation
• Assist with reception coverage and other administrative tasks as assigned

 
Qualifications: 

• Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources, Marketing or Business related field a strong asset
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills required
• Experience with social media updates for corporate accounts an asset
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills required

 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
*Flexibility may be required for special events and peak times

Compensation: Dependent upon candidate experience
