Deli Team Leader – London, Ontario
The Deli Team Leader is a valuable member of our store management team and provides strong leadership and support to our Deli Manager. Through training and proactive coaching, the Deli Team Leader will work with a team of deli service clerks.
Reporting directly to the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and motivating a team of deli service clerks.
- Ensuring the quality of our in-store customer satisfaction
- Managing the performance of all deli sales staff clearly and effectively in accordance with company procedures
- Control inventory and quality of all products.
- 5 years experience in a deli department.
- A high achievement orientation, as demonstrated by your desire to succeed
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Availability to work a full retail rotation schedule which includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as Easter, Labour Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
