Sales Representative;
A London based medical device manufacturer requires a sales representative. This is a very exciting opportunity with strong growth potential for the right person. We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to take on new challenges as the company grows sales of new and existing products.

A London based medical device manufacturer requires a sales representative. This is a very exciting opportunity with strong growth potential for the right person. We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to take on new challenges as the company grows sales of new and existing products.
Responsibilities;
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to contact existing or potential customers.
- Focus sales efforts by researching existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotes by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Attend US national and US regional trade shows to meet potential customers and demonstrate products. (4-6 shows in the US annually, a valid passport is required).
- Input all relevant data from sales contacts and activities into a central CRM database.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information such as pricing, products, new products, sales techniques, etc.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prospecting skills, proven ability to meet sales goals, aptitude to learn technical product details, customer service experience, closing skills, experience in territory management, self-confidence, good presentation skills.
- A background in science or clinical healthcare is beneficial particularly if combined with medical imaging.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a sales representative role, familiarity with lengthy sales cycles is beneficial.
