Client Account Representative (Ref #TCH0022)

We are looking for a passionate individual who will partner with us
to ensure the long-term success of our customers!

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Client Account Representative will be primarily responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. Client Account Representative will lead the customer account planning cycle and ensure assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. Working closely with all departments, Client Account Representative will liaise between customers and cross-functional teams in resolution of concerns.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and strong commitment to quality work
  • Strong business acumen, combined with excellent influencing and negotiating skills
  • Well-developed presentation skills, with experience in providing presentations to large groups
  • Ability to develop strong operational knowledge of products sufficient to understand a full spectrum of client issues and offer reasonable and workable solutions

Principal Accountabilities

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis;
  • Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones;
  • Meet account performance targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts, meeting customers’ expectations;
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure successful resolution of customer concerns;
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Forecast and track key account metrics; and
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of College Degree from an accredited institution in related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic account management in a business-to-business environment
  • Working proficiency in PC including Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Explorer
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel to both domestic and global locations – i.e. no travel restrictions
  • Valid Driver’s license and successful background check required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity/Background knowledge in aviation industry is a plus
  • Fluency in other languages is an asset
