Job Description

Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a 
Customer Service Representative on a contract basis.
 
Duties (may include and not limited to)
  • Handle calls and questions from clients and/or drivers    
  • Complete paperwork with regards to customs documents and manifests
  • Data entry specific information daily
  • Provide top customer service to clients and drivers within company
  • Analyze and problem solve customer situations as needed
  • Utilize mike systems, computer database and radio dispatching equipment
  • Solving problems from drivers or complaints from customers
  • Process billing as needed
  • General administrative duties (filing, data entry, etc.)
Requirements
  • Minimum of a 2 year College diploma
  • At least 2-3 years within an administrative  role with customer service
  • Customs or cross border related experience considered an asset, specifically with customs documents and manifests
  • Dispatching cross border experience and working within an LTL trucking operation is an asset but not mandatory
  • Must have strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Must have advanced communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work independently and prioritize multiple demands in a fast paced environment
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Willing to contribute a positive attitude to a team environment
Hours Full time hours; Candidates must be flexible to work rotating days and afternoon shifts.
 
Compensation $15-16/hour; depending upon experience
