Our client in London, Ontario is currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative on a contract basis.
Customer Service Representative on a contract basis.
Duties (may include and not limited to)
- Handle calls and questions from clients and/or drivers
- Complete paperwork with regards to customs documents and manifests
- Data entry specific information daily
- Provide top customer service to clients and drivers within company
- Analyze and problem solve customer situations as needed
- Utilize mike systems, computer database and radio dispatching equipment
- Solving problems from drivers or complaints from customers
- Process billing as needed
- General administrative duties (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Minimum of a 2 year College diploma
- At least 2-3 years within an administrative role with customer service
- Customs or cross border related experience considered an asset, specifically with customs documents and manifests
- Dispatching cross border experience and working within an LTL trucking operation is an asset but not mandatory
- Must have strong customer service and administrative skills
- Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Must have advanced communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize multiple demands in a fast paced environment
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Willing to contribute a positive attitude to a team environment
Compensation $15-16/hour; depending upon experience
