Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate projects within time and budgetary constraints
- Purchase and allocate materials, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate products and services with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor progress of projects
- Reporting to General Manager on project costs, deliverables, changes
- Generate new business and maintain current business
- Maintain relationships with customers through collaboration on deliverables and effective communication
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Construction Management experience with a strong background in Project Management
- Previous experience with estimating in a construction environment is required
- Post Secondary Diploma in a construction related field strongly preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Must be confident and comfortable with client communications, negotiation and relationship building
