Our customer, an inbound customer focused call centre, is seeking several representatives to work at their state-of-the-art call center in London.


Responsibilities:

• Taking calls from customers, answering product questions, providing information on product availability and price
• Processing orders
• Up selling, cross selling, recognizing opportunities to engage the customer in conversation while providing superior service
• Explaining features and benefits of available product

Your contributions:

• 1-2 years call centre / customer service /retail experience
• Must have sales experience (ie targets)
• Outstanding listening and communication skills
• Must have a clear criminal background
• Education: minimum grade 12 or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
