Accounts Receivable Supervisor
 
StarTech.com is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our Finance team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
 
Reporting to the VP Finance, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor makes an impact by being accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of all AR collections. In addition, you will analyze various balance sheet accounts and prepare the monthly AR aging reports, be responsible for managing escalated AR matters, and be accountable for reviewing customer payment history, reporting instances where deteriorating trends present. The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will also review potential customer credit requests, making recommendations to management as required, with a focus on quality interactions and exceptional customer experiences. This position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and benefit package and will appeal to someone who has previous supervisory experience and who wants to work in a dynamic team environment.

What You Can Show Us 
  • Post-Secondary Education in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of related experience, with 3+ at the Supervisory level (an asset)
  • Fluency in ACCPAC and EXCEL (MS Dynamics an asset)
  • Demonstrated moral judgement in handling confidential information and monetary transactions
  • Exceptional communication skills
