Position Overview
The Sales Planning Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development, design and implementation of customized incentive and spending reports for Autodata’s clients.
Core Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial analysis of automotive incentive programs and maintain customized incentive reports for OEM sales, marketing and finance clients
  • Create different analytical reports appropriate to client needs
  • Communicate and resolve client issues
  • Provide support to sales and solution teams around incentive initiatives
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies
Education, Experience and Competencies:
  • Post secondary education in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Automotive industry experience is an asset
  • Superior communication, analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Understand the different needs of OEM marketing, sales and finance clients
  • Exceptionally self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent MS Office skills
