We are currently recruiting for our client Inbound Customer Service Representatives for positions starting June 10th!
This position involves 100% inbound calls providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
We are looking for people with the following skills:
 

• Experience working in a customer service sales role in a Call Centre or professional business environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills including experience with objective handling
• Sales experience with a focus on introducing products related to the order, including upgraded shipping and security features
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfort & focus working to achieve set metrics & goals
• Strong computers skills including experience working with Windows and DOS based applications
• Typing speed of 30WPM
• Completion of high school or equivalent required
• Bilingual Spanish/ French an asset however not required
• Have a clear criminal record

Must be flexible to work a schedule between 8am-6pm Monday - Sunday with 2 consecutive days off.
