INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK – Permanent, FT
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Inventory Control Clerk performs a wide variety of tasks associated with managing Tribe’s assets and inventory, as well as assisting with other operational duties as required.
 
Major Duties and Responsibilities
 
  1. Investigate the history of inventory and assist with deriving legacy data needed for various departments.
  2. Assist with the maintenance and management of inventory records, including updating data into the company’s inventory management system as required.
  3. Track Tribe’s asset and inventory utilization and report on trends and benchmarks to senior management. Use utilization data in conjunction with available sales volume-related programs to improve asset management.
  4. Complete inventory adjustments, investigation of root-cause for inventory discrepancies, and cycle counts.
  5. Assist with documenting procedures and processes related to inventory management, analysis, investigation, and adjustments.
  6. Assist with monthly reporting of benchmarks.
  7. Assist with any data entry and data maintenance tasks as specified by Manager.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
 
  1. A minimum of two (2) years’ work experience with ERP and inventory management systems, sales and inventory reporting, and database maintenance.
  2. Demonstrated technical skills, specifically a strong proficiency and accuracy in data entry, MS Office Suite, and email.
  3. Working knowledge of various standard office equipment.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with external and internal customers, and work well in a team environment.
  6. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
