Responsibilities:

Work with customers to ensure quality machine data capture, proper machine set-up and proper delivery of third-party’s recommendations.

Develop and delivers training for Integrated Solutions products for both customers and employees.

Manage inventory processes for Integrated Solutions products.

Maintain data management, administration, support and training
-
Serves as the internal and external technical specialist relative to the entire Integrated Solutions product line
-
Assist customers with troubleshooting Integrated Solutions issues and inquiries
-
Responsible for customer accounts, invoicing, reviewing policies, and setting up new procedures

Work with salesman and employees to ensure they have up to date information allowing them to provide excellent customer service.

Conduct objective data audit(s) to ensure confidential data is properly stored

Assists the dealership Integrated Solutions department in developing key services to support job optimization related to crop production cycles and to promote positive impact on yield.

Promotes understanding across the dealership of the latest production practices and their overall agronomic impact, including crop production systems, regulations, production data layers and key attributes, etc.

Works with customers to ensure quality machine data capture, proper machine set-up and proper delivery of third-party’s recommendations.

Serves as the subject matter expert/liaison with other customer trusted advisors

1+ years’ experience in an agriculture-related role
-
Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience preferred
-
Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems
-
Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs
-
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
-
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to demonstrate concern and care for customer privacy and data security.
-
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Understanding of database administration and management
-
Ability to work flexible hours

Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, or Agriculture Mechanization or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
