Adecco, on behalf of our Client is looking for an Accounting Manager in London, Ontario.  This position will include preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis and preparing monthly financial reports.  The salary range is $45,000 to $50,000 annually.

Responsibilities for Accounting Manager in London, Ontario

• Manage accounting and financial systems and maintain full and accurate accounting records
• Responsible for the preparation of month-end financial reports
• Preparation of quarterly reports
• Monitors cash flow to assure resources are available for payroll and taxes, and to maintain payables within 60-90 days
• Acts as a resource for financial information for the Leadership team
• Supervises and assures completion and filing of all government tax reporting and prepare bank reconciliations
• Will have 3-4 direct reports

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager

• Professional accounting designation or bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in a senior level position
• 2+ years experience managing a team
• Skilled with QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Suite
• Experience in and a strong understanding of full cycle accounting
• Ability to work in a self directed manner while managing multiple priorities and ability to work in a collaborative fast paced team environment
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Well developed problem solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team work abilities
