We are a thriving Private Mortgage Company in London, Ontario, and we are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant on an evaluation hire basis.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 
Duties: (may include and not limited to) 
  • Assist in Processing incoming and outgoing funds
  • Enter transactional information into system
  • Enter database information
  • Ensure payments are received
  • Follow up on outstanding payments or NSF charges
  • Tracking and maintaining mortgage renewals as required
  • Correspond with clients regarding concerns or general inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Perform other administrative duties as required (photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents)
 
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years’ experience within an administrative role
  • Experience working with mortgages is considered an asset
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Simply software preferred
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Be able to multi-task
