| About us: We are an established cabinetry company that has been in London serving our clients in the retail, builder and contractor sectors for over 30 years. We are looking for an Installation and Service Coordinator with excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation. See duties and requirements below. Duties: -Communicate clearly via phone & email with customers (retail, contractor and builder) and all other callers to provide helpful information and schedule appointments, installations, service and quality inspections. -Schedule with installers and delivery drivers to coordinate activities with the customer's availability and needs. -Maintain extremely well-organized files and calendar at all times. -Handle all issues brought up by customers and others with respect and kindness, and handle in an appropriate and timely manner. -Work as a team with fellow employees to ensure the customer receives the best service possible. -Follow all company procedures at all times. Requirements: • High School Diploma • Detail Oriented & strong organizational skills • Customer service must be the highest priority • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written • Fast learner for a fast-paced environment • Very comfortable with computers, MS Office, Outlook and in-house software (training provided for in house software) • Open to growing the role and adding additional responsibilities. • Cabinetry Experience would be very beneficial.
