BFI Print + Promotion Solutions is seeking a sales representative to join our team in London, ON.
This is your opportunity to join a dynamic sales team, selling print and promotional solutions.
As a sales representative, you will sell over the phone and in person, working the full sales cycle from cold calling and developing new business, to closing sales in a fast paced, business-to-business sales environment. You will use your personality to develop relationships with small and medium sized businesses as well as larger corporations to generate sales by identifying customer needs.
Initially, this position will focus on inside sales, placing orders, entering purchase orders, shipping and developing an understanding of the business. The successful candidate will progress into an outside sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales which is key to our company. You will be on the front lines making outbound cold calls, presenting our company, developing new business, using the phone and email to respond to clients while always providing exceptional customer service.

Position Requirements
-A college/university diploma (Preferred)
-A vehicle and valid Canadian driver’s license (Must)
-Strong Verbal communication and customer service skills
-Setting up appointments, making cold calls and presentations
-Proficiency in MS Outlook, Office, Excel, and Word
-Previous sales an asset
-Strong multi-tasking ability
-Attention to detail and confident decision making skills
-Work hard attitude
-Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence, and determination
Competitive base salary plus commission structure
Initial training on inside sales and purchasing
Assigned some pre-existing customers to actively manage and grow
