Title: Account Manager
Summary of Position
LBMX is seeking and energetic career oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will exhibit a proven pattern of success in closing targeted sales opportunities, a strong understanding of the products being offered, a demonstrated ability to work in a strong team-based environment.
The successful candidate will have superior verbal and written communication skills. They must be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. A cheerful phone demeanour is a must. Additionally, they must be able to multi-task and take on additional tasks or projects as needed.?
Computer literacy is required (ability to use Windows-based PCs, familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and other business applications).

Responsibilities:
- Proactively cold calling
- Correspondence including phone, email and fax
- Receive inbound calls from clients
- Reports handed in as required
- Research from all sources to acquire leads
- Achieve sales targets
- Track all orders and adjust as needed
- Collaborate with other departments in order to resolve customer’s issue
- Continue to grow sales and profit within assigned territories (if assigned)
- Recommend improvements to sales process, product offering, etc
- Work independently while being supervised by sales manager
- Consistently delivering the desired customer experience during all customer interactions.
- Use sales tools to record daily sales activity
- Presenting a professional image.
- Follow-up and correspond with customers as required.
- Act as an advocate for customers within internal meetings and discussions.
- Perform other assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will possess an aptitude to learn new sales and marketing approaches
- Proficiency with standard PCs and software (Windows, MS Office, Outlook)
- Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment
- A Team player who networks effectively with other organizations key decision makers
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Experience with sales and marketing software
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required for this position
- Occasional out of town travel may be required
- Strong verbal skills and ability to develop rapport with people over the phone
- Demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work closely with others in a team environment.
- Ability to use standard business software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to eagerly take on new tasks as required, even if they are “not my job”
- Passion for constant learning
- Bilingualism (English and French) is also an asset.
