Job Description
Full-Time Insolvency Administrator
ABOUT US:
McLennan & Company Ltd. is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee providing financial restructuring services which focus on consumer debt problems. We help individuals who are experiencing financial difficulty. Our goal is to work with our clients to find a solution to their debt issues.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and work full time. We are small and flexible which allows us to hire great attitude and train skills.
Insolvency Administrator:
- Work with debtors and creditors
- Input file information into Ascend software
- Review files for accuracy and complete necessary follow up
- Follow up outstanding file issues
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work
- Is a strategic thinker and problem solver
- Has superior written and verbal communications skills
- Maintains excellent client relationships
- Post-secondary education and office experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Education and previous experience in insolvency, legal or financial work helpful, but not mandatory
- Previous experience in Ascend is an asset

Hourly Rate (dependant on experience and qualifications): $18 - $22/hour
