Job Description
TerraCorp Management, a well-established Residential/ Commercial Property Management Company in London, Ontario is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant with Property Management Industry Experience on a contract basis. This position does have potential to become permanent for the right individual.
The ideal candidate will have high energy, superior customer service and ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and assisting the General Manager with efficient project execution.

The ideal candidate will have high energy, superior customer service and ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office and assisting the General Manager with efficient project execution.
Duties (may include and not limited to)
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Property Managers
- Prepare reports, memos, documents, presentations and templates
- Prepare invoices and statements on a regular basis
- Assist with monthly duties as required
- Provide project support as needed
- General filing and office administrative duties
- Comfortable working independently and able to make decisions with little or no supervision
- Deal with all inquiries from the public and attend to in a professional manner
- Preparation of various correspondence
- Scheduling and coordinating projects with third parties
- Collection and input of data and submission of reports
- Various Marketing Duties
- General reception and office administration duties
- Experience in the Property Management field is preferred
- Knowledge of industry practices and building systems is an asset
- Must have advanced computer skills, Excel in particular
- Professional, calm demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Enthusiastic and team oriented
