ADECCO is currently recruiting Full-Time Roof Truss Assemblers in Thorndale, ON. This is an excellent opportunity with a rapidly expanding company! These roles are long-term opportunities with the possibility of permanent hire for candidates with the right skills!
Roof Truss Assembler Job Responsibilities:
Roof Truss Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Assembles building materials
- Inserting and positioning materials, clamping, fitting parts and utilizing both hand and power tools
- Plans assembly process according to work orders, drawings and/or blueprints
- Ensures finished products meet quality standards
- Meets production quotas daily and weekly
- Own transportation (Client is not located on a bus route)
- Steel-toed work boots, framing hammer and safety glasses required
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
- Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors as needed
- High School diploma or Equivalent is required
- Farm and construction experience is an asset
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50lbs repetitively
- $13.50/hour
- Paid weekly
- 4% Vacation pay
- Monday to Friday
- Opportunity to become a permanent job
