Job Description
Here we grow again! HRdownloads is excited to announce that we are expanding our Sales Management team with the addition of a Team Lead! This position will be responsible for aiding in the development and supervision of the inside sales team and the team’s pursuit of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for:
· Monitoring and supervising the day-to-day performance of the inside sales team; coaching and motivating towards goal attainment and adherence to
established metrics.
· Maintaining a positive and motivating presence on the sales floor to boost morale, increase engagement and foster productivity.
· Developing an in-depth understanding of individual representative strengths, weaknesses and motivators to effectively identify and address areas for
improvement.
· Maintaining an expert level of knowledge pertaining to the benefits of our products and services as well as pricing levels and structures to effectively
answer and pre-emptively overcome objections.
· Assuming control of difficult, more complex sales calls to ensure effective closure while maintaining client satisfaction.
· Assisting in verifying and closing sales calls.
· Measuring and generating reports on the activities of sales representatives on a daily basis.
· Monitoring representative calls to ensure adherence to the defined sales process and to identify areas for individual improvement.

Requirements

- A strong history of success in an inside sales position, including the achievement of monthly revenue and metrics targets.
- A positive and professional demeanour with the ability to motivate and inspire your fellow colleagues.
- A strong history of mentoring/advising colleagues to success.
- An exceptional attendance track record.
- Expert ability to identify areas of difficulty and provide effective coaching towards improvement.
- Solid understanding of lead management processes and effective objection handling techniques.
- Solid understanding of business to business telephone sales; as well as membership-based sales processes.
