Masco Canada Limited is one of Canada's largest distributors and manufacturers of residential and commercial plumbing products.  We are seeking the following qualified professional:
 
Customer Service Representative - St. Thomas
 
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, your key responsibility will be to handle all inbound calls from a variety of customer groups pertaining to our wide range of product offerings.
 
Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
 

• Excellent understanding of our product offering and its functions in order to effectively assist all customers
• Process all paperwork related to data entry, e.g. customer orders, point of sales, RMA’s, etc.
• Assist with on the job training and development of new department employees

 
Additional Skill Requirements:
 

• Good working knowledge of JDE system
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work load efficiently and effectively
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer applications
• Effective Team Player
• Fluent in both oral and written French and English preferred
