Position Overview

The Sales Support Administrator is a motivated, organized, and personable individual willing to contribute his/her experience and expertise in the area of office administration.  The Sales Support Administrator assists the customer service and sales team with admin support.  The Sales Support Administrator is an organized, friendly, and team player.    
 
The Sales Support Administrator is a full-time position.  He/she will be responsible for the following tasks:

Quotation and Sales Support:

  • Create deficiency quotes for London area inspections
  • Create small contract quotes as required for sales staff and house accounts
  • Send quotes to customers for approval
  • Maintain company database (CRM) and follow up on quotes sent to customers
  • Gather appropriate special pricing for materials as required for quotes

Job Preparation:

  • Create/setup jobs in company database for sales staff and house accounts
  • Update job spreadsheets
  • Handle special accounts as required
  • Forward new jobs to service team for completion.

Other:

  • Back up for other Sales Support staff
  • Communicate with customers as required
  • Maintenance of spreadsheets as required
  • Other administrative tasks, as may be required, which would aid in the smooth flow of the day-to-day operations of the department.

Qualifications

  • Motivated to serve and participate in a team environment
  • Able to prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Very strong organizational skills for people and information
  • Efficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal (friendly & outgoing) skills with staff and customers
  • Fire alarm or sprinkler knowledge an asset
