We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in managing highly visible customer facing IT software projects while leading assigned teams in meeting the project goals and objectives. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage complex IT projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Provide immediate impact to a project by implementing strong analysis, management, design and development skills
  • Responsible for effectively planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives
  • Compile historical data from previous iterations/releases and provide it for team-wide use
  • Monitor and report on the status of project efforts, including weekly time reporting, budget tracking and problem prevention/mitigation
  • Partner with other internal teams to ensure that systems are developed to comply with established standards
  • Act as a role model for professionalism, critical thinking and setting productivity pace as well as promoting a financial focus with emphasis on business value
  • Act as lead to mentor, coach and infuse Project Management methodologies into the current project management and solutions delivery methodologies
  Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven industry experience as a Project Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in managing SDLC and large-scale IT projects, which included cross-functional resources, on time and within budget
  • Expertise with project management methodologies
  • Project management certification preferred
  • Experience using Agile methodologies and/or Scrum Master Certification would be an asset
  • Experience in Enterprise Reporting & Analysis
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and web applications
  • Experience working with a PMO toolset to manage portfolios, project plans, resources, financials and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to understand application development methods
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
